Pour avoir une bonne sant\u00e9 et \u00eatre en relation avec le monde externe, chaque personne devait \u00eatre en harmonie avec cet ordre.<br \/>Selon cette conception, la vie d\u00e9pend des facteurs du haut et de ceux du bas, des facteurs masculins et des f\u00e9minins. Cette conception \u00e9tait commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e le principe des quatre vents, ou aussi des quatre suyos ou des quatre pachas (sources ou temps) de la vie, qui interagissent ensemble.<\/p><p>D\u2019une part, les choses et les facteurs d\u2019en-haut sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie qui est dans toute chose, les facteurs d\u2019en-bas avec ce qui est mat\u00e9riel. Il doit y avoir, en quelque sorte, une harmonie entre ce qui est mat\u00e9riel et ce qui est derri\u00e8re toute chose dans l\u2019univers, la nature. D\u2019autre part, il y a un \u00e9quilibre entre la partie f\u00e9minine et la masculine, pr\u00e9sente dans la nature aussi bien qu\u2019en chacun de nous et qui engendre l\u2019harmonie de la vie. Le monde externe et le monde interne, le f\u00e9minin et le masculin sont en relation, ces quatre parties circulent et produisent cette continuit\u00e9 de la personne en relation avec elle-m\u00eame, avec ce qui l\u2019entoure, avec la nature. C\u2019est un mod\u00e8le de coexistence et de d\u00e9veloppement permanent, un \u00e9quilibre subtil. Causay puriy.<\/p><p>La MTAAZ est ax\u00e9e sur le maintien de cet \u00e9quilibre entre les quatre parties de la vie. Ce n\u2019est que de cette mani\u00e8re que chaque \u00eatre humain peut assurer son ordre int\u00e9rieur et peut dialoguer de fa\u00e7on permanente avec l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Dans la conception indig\u00e8ne, la sant\u00e9 est un \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre dynamique et harmonieux entre l\u2019individu et son environnement \u00e9cologique et socio-culturel, y compris le naturel et le spirituel, dans un flux d\u2019\u00e9nergies qui fa\u00e7onnent la vie. Dans la pratique cela est associ\u00e9 au comportement des animaux pr\u00e9dateurs en tant que mod\u00e8le pour le comportement humain.<\/p><p>La maladie est \u00e9galement con\u00e7ue comme un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre et\/ou une fragmentation entre ces forces (hucha), associ\u00e9e dans la pratique au comportement humain de fuite observ\u00e9 chez les animaux de proie, avec ses effets concrets (syndrome de malchance).<br \/>Par analogie, dans la m\u00e9decine ancestrale, les offrandes et\/ou les chamans utilisent aussi diff\u00e9rentes ressources m\u00e9dicinales pour restaurer la sant\u00e9 (l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vital), les \u00e9nergies internes et externes (sami) qui circulent \u00e0 nouveau et avec elles l\u2019harmonie et la
