In this way, it becomes easier for a person to reconnect with themselves and the original contents with which he or she has come into the world, achieving a deeply restructuring effect. All the while, the shaman implements distinct energetic techniques to accompany the participants in their personal process throughout the stages of the ceremony. Another interview is also carried out after the ceremony.<\/p><p>In the ceremony itself, the shaman provides energetic accompaniment through Icaros (medicinal songs) and different complementary techniques.<\/p><p>The ceremonies take place at night, in silence and semi-darkness. They last on average between 4 and 6 hours.<\/p><p>It is important to prepare oneself beforehand by following the prescribed recommendations. The conditions and recommendations can be found below.<\/p><p>It is recommended to start with at least 2 ceremonies, participating in 3 or 4 is even better for those taking the plant for the first time.
